“There are few visceral musical delights greater than an organ recital with its extraordinary display of colors and dynamics. Karol Mossakowski’s New York debut on Tuesday evening at The Brick Presbyterian Church on Manhattan’s Upper East Side provided brilliant displays of both, as well as displaying his extraordinary creativity and imagination.”
New York Classical Review, Oct 2024
“That he [Mossakowski] commands superb manual and pedal technique was immediately apparent, along with considerable flair.”
“…Mossakowski’s arrangement of Liszt’s Mephisto Waltz No. 1 was quite a dazzler in sound and fury, with some seductive episodes. A standing ovation was rewarded with an improvisation on the plainsong hymn “Ave maris stella.””
